The Site is an Internet-based venue where Clients and PSO’s use our platform for online interaction. YGF LLC created, and continues to host, maintain, and provide the Site (Site Services).

To register for an Account, you must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information in your registration. YGF LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including providing false or misleading information.

YGF LLC is not a party to the relationship between Client and PSO. YGF LLC selects qualified PSO’S, and makes the Site Services available to enable online payment and delivery of Services. YGF LLC does not direct, has no control over, makes no representations, and does not guarantee the quality of Services or the ability of PSO’s to deliver Services satisfactory to Clients. The relationship exists exclusively between Client and PSO and the Client pays his or her PSO for Services. If you have questions or concerns about the coaching relationship, please raise these directly with the PSO.

Client payments are made in advance through the purchase of credits. For ease of administration, Client payments are made through the Site or over the phone. When a PSO delivers pre-paid Services, YGF LLC will credit the PSO and then deduct a service fee that YGF LLC earns for introducing Clients to PSO providing Site Services.

You agree that you will not make unjustified requests for a refund in respect or unjustified chargeback requests of your payment card provider in relation to any Transaction or tip to a Waifu. If we consider that any request for a refund or chargeback request was made by you in bad faith, we have the right to suspend or delete your User account.
